高光无痕注塑成型技术又称快速模具温度加热冷却成型技术RHCM(Rapid Heat Cycle Molding)。


This molding process is mainly in the injection molding before the passage of high temperature steam or high temperature superhot water, quickly the mold temperature rises to 100 ~ 150℃, to ensure the fluidity and filling of the plastic in the cavity, so as to solve the defects on the surface of the product, at the same time, in order to improve production efficiency, after the product is completed, the injection of cold water to make the surface of the mold fast cooling 35 ~ 85℃,

这种成型工艺主要是在注塑成形前通入高温蒸汽或高温过热水,快速把模具的温度上升为100~150℃,以保证塑胶在型腔内的流动性和填充性,从而解决产品表面的瑕疵,同时,为了提高生产效率,在制品保压完成后,注入冷水使模具表面快速冷却35~85℃,

When the product ejections out of the cavity → inject high temperature steam or high temperature superhot water → when the mold temperature rises to the TG value of the plastic (the upper limit temperature reaches)→ start to inject plastic into the mold cavity → after the injection molding is completed → inject high pressure air (to remove residual high temperature steam or high temperature superhot water)→ re-inject cold water → open the mold when the mold temperature drops to the set value (the lower limit reaches)→ the product ejections

当产品顶出离开型腔后→注入高温蒸汽或高温过热水→待模具温度升到塑胶的TG值时(上限温度到达)→开始给模腔注射塑胶→在注塑保压完成后→注入高压空气(清除残留高温蒸气或高温过热水)→再注入冷水→待模具温度下降到(下限到达)设定值后开模→产品顶出
